Student Pass Application - Arctic Encounter 2025
Arctic Encounter offers student passes to conference programming free of charge to students at the graduate level and younger. This is done, in part, to promote diversity in participation and to foster learning experiences for youth. Qualifying graduate students must be primarily in school pursuing a graduate degree. Please reach out to info@arcticencounter.com with any questions about access or qualifications.
Please note the requirements and related details for this specific pass to ensure it is appropriate for you:
In order to qualify, you must apply using your official .edu email address. Attending courses below the threshold of maintaining a .edu email address will not qualify for participation under this pass. If you are a high school student or younger and do not have a .edu address, please share those details in the provided text area.
Student pass holders will be required to apply in advance and check in at the registration desk each day at the conference to receive a badge that will read “STUDENT PASS”. This will not be a pass with a name and title printed on it, but will be the passes used to admit students each day. Each day pass will have a different color on each day of the conference; therefore, each pass will need to be picked up and dropped off each day.
At check in each day of the conference, student pass holders will be asked to provide their student ID. Please note that this pass is not applicable to faculty or school/university employees; it is limited to students.
Please note that a student pass does not grant access to luncheons, receptions, the Far North Fashion Show, or the Friday evening closing event. Student pass holders will be asked to exit those events as they require registration. Click here to review all access options.
