ARCTIC ENCOUNTER MEDIA PASSES
Media passes will be issued to members of the press on a first come, first serve basis at all Arctic Encounter events. Media passes will grant access to plenary sessions, keynote addresses, and breakout sessions; however, media passes do not provide seating or meal provisions at Arctic Encounter luncheons, dinners, or receptions.
Advanced media pass registration is required in order to receive credentials upon arrival.
